昨今、一部のお客様に対し、当館を装った不審なメールが送信されている事例が確認されております。
本件につきまして、弊社が宿泊予約等の管理機能として利用しているシステム（TEMAIRAZUシリーズ）の提供元である手間いらず株式会社より 同社システムへの不正アクセスを確認したこと、及び宿泊者情報の一部が第三者に閲覧または取得された可能性を否定できないことが発表されております。

[Important] Notice and Warning Regarding Suspicious Messages Impersonating Our Hotel

Dear Valued Guests,

Thank you very much for choosing Yokohama Heiwa Plaza Hotel.
We have recently confirmed cases in which suspicious emails impersonating our hotel have been sent to some of our guests. Regarding this matter, Temairazu Inc., the provider of the TEMAIRAZU series of systems that we use to manage hotel reservations and related operations, has announced that unauthorized access to its systems was detected. The company has also stated that it cannot rule out the possibility that some guest information may have been viewed or obtained by a third party.
